FAQ's

Got a question? We’re here to help.

Yes, we accept all forms of pet insurance. Pet insurance doesn't pay your veterinarian directly. Instead, your provider will reimburse YOU for your veterinary costs after you pay your vet and submit a claim to the insurance company. This way, you don't have to worry about whether your vet takes a certain policy or not — you can use any veterinarian you like!

If your pet has any of the following problems, don't waste a moment! Take them directly to a veterinary hospital for emergency care:

  • Major trauma (high rise fall, hit by car, dog fight)
  • Sudden inability to stand or walk
  • Uncontrollable bleeding
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Sudden disorientation, weakness or stupor
  • Seizures, fainting or loss of consciousness
  • Persistent vomiting or diarrhea
  • Male cat or male dog straining to urinate
  • Ingestion of drugs, poisons, toxic plants
