Veterinarian & Practice Owner
A NY native, Dr. Quagliata received her DVM from Virginia Tech in 2003. After a year long high intensity internship at New York City's Animal Medical Center she became an associate at West Village Veterinary Hospital, where she worked for more than six years. During this time, she developed special interests in pain management and holistic preventative medicine.
In 2006, she received her acupuncture certification from the Chi Institute in Florida which solidified an interest in and appreciation for “alternative” therapies.
Striving to promote a relaxed and unhurried experience for her clients and patients, in 2009, Dr. Quagliata started her house call practice. Dr. Quagliata is dedicated to spending the time it takes to thoroughly address all of her clients concerns in a calm, positive and nurturing way.
In 2019 Dr. Quagliata became a Fear Free provider to help pets feel safe and comfortable while receiving the medical care they need. A life long student at heart, she is currently working towards her PRIMA (Pain, rehabilitation, Integrative Medicine Advantage) certification.
